ABOUT ME

Functionality You Will Love

01Team

Teamwork makes the Dream work

In a costume department, every role has its place and its value. Each person brings unique skills, ideas, and energy, and together we bring a production to life. For me, successful teamwork is built on trust, respect, and genuine support, guided by open and honest communication. I see teamwork as a collaborative journey: when everyone plays their part and supports one another, challenges become opportunities, and creativity can flourish. It’s only by working closely as a team that we can reach our full potential and create productions that are seamless and inspiring.

03 Organisation

Every minute we spend organizing saves us an hour.

Creativity can only flourish in a well-organized department where challenges are handled together. I see myself as a link between the creative ideas of the costume team and the production’s requirements, making sure both fit together.

Time management, supply chains, budgeting, and logistics are not obstacles – they support creativity.

Planning carefully and realistically allows the costume team – and the entire production – to reach their full potential.

02 Communication

Talking to each other is always the key.

To me, communication is much more than just exchanging words. It’s about who

I am speaking to, what message I want to convey, and what the purpose of the conversation is. Equally important is how I communicate – with what expression, attitude, and respect I engage with others. Clear and respectful communication prevents misunderstandings, makes the production process smoother, and ultimately contributes to greater creativity and output.

So: Let’s talk!

04 Fabrics

inspiring, storytelling,
a world of their own

With my training as a tailor and my passion for craftsmanship, fabrics, and their processing techniques, I bring expertise that goes beyond administrative tasks – enriching creative processes and supporting production in unique ways. Regular visits to international fabric fairs, such as Première Vision in Paris or Milan, allow me to maintain valuable contacts with fabric suppliers, manufacturers, leather companies, and other vendors worldwide. Whether it’s the perfect button, a historical belt buckle, intricate embroidery, or the right shoulder pad – the possibilities for selecting every detail are almost limitless. A costume is the sum of carefully chosen elements. My knowledge in this area supports both the creative and financial aspects of a production, helping to achieve a result that truly shines.
